Our mission is to enable you to monitor and track your USCIS status in a user friendly app, anywhere, anytime.
If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Application.
The Application does not claim ownership of the USCIS data represented. The Application does not modify the content of the immigration records. The Application only collects, tracks and represents the information to allow better tracking and enhanced user experience.
Data Collection
The Application obtains information directly from the USCIS Case Status website, and therefore we do not claim the accuracy of the information provided, and it cannot be used in any legal case.
The Application may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage, and to collect crash data to help us enhance the application.
We work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Application, which helps us keep the cost of the Application free of charge. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application, including, but not limited to, the unique identification ID of your mobile device.
Advertising and advertising data collection can be removed for a small fee with an in-app purchase.

We safeguard the confidentiality of your information. Case lookup is performed over a secure HTTPS connection.
